Mitch Ellner is an expert in change management, organizational restructuring and human resources strategy. For over 15 years, Mitchell has provided change management leadership on system implementations such as human resources finance, ADP, SAP, Oracle and custom builds. Non-system change projects include vision and strategic initiatives, enterprise performance management, business start-ups and recruitment outsourcing. He is adept at technical, business and project planning and conducting organizational analysis, vendor reviews and human resources outsourcing options. Mitch has a Masters in Business Management from Northeastern University and is Prosci / ADKAR certified.
Her technical expertise is coupled with excellent communication skills and an ability to effectively determine client needs and training strategies, instructional and documentation design, quality review processes, methodologies and tools.
