Heather is a skilled Learning and Development professional with 20 years’ experience. She brings a holistic organization development and HR perspective to her work, understanding how training fits into the broader business and people strategy of a business.
Heather has successfully led, advised and coached individuals and teams to achieve breakthrough performance across multiple industries, in both union and non-union environments. And, She’s designed and delivered hundreds of workshop and frequently consults with clients on training strategy and curriculum design.
Prior to beginning her consulting career, Heather held a series of senior leadership roles in learning and development, change management and human resources. She was most recently the Senior Director, Learning and Talent Development with Loblaw.
She is a certified training and development professional (CTDP) and certified instructional designer.
