We are a growing change management and organizational design firm that works with clients to create change that endures. We employ fresh, flexible and pragmatic approaches that put clients front and center. Working from a virtual office model, our current team of ten consultants provides the proven talent, tools and follow-through to achieve the results our clients want. We have built long-term, valued relationships with our consultants over our ten-year history. We are currently seeking to expand our consulting team to better serve our roster of over 120 clients, which includes organizations such as the University of Waterloo, Enbridge Gas Distribution, Rexall, Nova Scotia Pension Agency, Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan (OTIP), Express Scripts Canada, the Town of Markham, BMO and more.
You work from your home office or on client sites, and contribute your extensive change management knowledge and client management experience. An experienced HR consultant, you’re comfortable working with an established boutique firm. You look forward to bringing your successful track record of leading change projects in business strategy, structure, culture or technology. While you value your own tool kit, you see the opportunity to collaborate with others and adopt new approaches as a benefit of choosing to work as an associate consultant. You are comfortable being engaged on a project-by-project basis.
