Dana Dramnitzke, Partner and Consultant
Dana’s executive and consulting experience has resulted in her ability to understand the people needs of a business and hone in on the levers that will cause alignment of people with the organization’s goals - unleashing of the full potential of employees to contribute. In particular, she has demonstrated expertise in change management, OD, communication, compensation, coaching, training and facilitation, employee/labour relations and general HR.
Over her 16 year Human Resources career, Dana has worked in senior roles across a range of industries including manufacturing, health care (private and public) and consumer services – encompassing growing organizations in the for profit and not-for profit sectors with both non-union and unionized employee groups.
Dana has combined business acumen and facilitation skills to drive business results for clients such as Tetra Pack, Retirement Residences REIT, Arbor Memorial Services Inc. and Sun Life Financial on initiatives that include:
- Developing and executing a new staffing strategy ensuring attraction and retention of key talent
- Leading change management for a national service organization’s implementation of a key strategic business system
- Conducting an assessment of the organizational structure and work flow and providing recommendations for improvement to service delivery
- Increasing employee competency through design and development of management training initiatives including a performance management and coaching workshop for a national consumer services organization
- Improving accountability and alignment to corporate objectives through role description and compensation plan design
Dana holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce and Employment/Labour Relations from the University of Toronto and is a designated compensation professional.
Variety is the spice of her life and her personal distractions reflect this whether it be planning her next travel adventure, convincing her book club to read yet another non-fiction book, camping in the wilds of northern Ontario or slowly but surely decorating her home.
